A Y2K awareness program will be presented at 7 p.m. June 17 at Aurora City Hall. The program is sponsored by the Aurora Area Chamber of Commerce and will include panelists from the Missouri Y2K Awareness Program, Aurora Community Hospital, city of Aurora, Commerce Bank, Empire Electric, MGE, GTE and 1st Independent Bank. Houn Dawg Fall Festival set Oct. 1-2
Crafts people, businesses and food vendors are invited to be part of the 17th Annual Aurora Houn Dawg Fall Festival Oct. 1-2. The event is sponsored by the Aurora Area Chamber of Commerce and features a parade, car show, crafts, home-living exhibit, food, petting zoo, carnival, dog show, contests, live entertainment and a marching-band festival.
