Southwest Airlines is giving frequent-flyer points to customers who were impacted by a recent surge of canceled flights.
Customers on flights from Dec. 24 to Jan. 2 that were canceled or “significantly” delayed are receiving 25,000 points. That equates to more than $300 in flights.
The company has not disclosed how many customers were booked on those flights.
