Southwest Community Bank

Bailey Co. is the general contractor for Southwest Community Bank’s new location in a former The Signature Bank location. Buxton Kubik Dodd Inc. is the architect for the project. LaRose & Schober Engineering Inc. is the mechanical engineer, and Wells & Scaletty LLC is the structural engineer. The exterior of the multitenant office building is getting an updated wood-panel look and a glass storefront. There will be a new two-story main entrance vestibule, and parking is being reconfigured for improved customer access. New finishes, artwork and furniture are to be added inside. The project is to be finished this spring.
