Southwest Airlines is continuing to cancel thousands of flights after the winter storm hit the country.
The airline had canceled around 2,500 flights by 7 a.m. Wednesday, according to Flight Aware.
CEO Bob Jordan said the airline is working on upgrading its systems so "we never again face what's happening right now."
