Southwest Airlines canceled at least 1,800 flights over the weekend, The Washington Post reports.
Company officials cited “disruptive weather” and air traffic control issues. However, federal regulators attributed the service disruptions to airline staffing and aircraft issues.
Southwest officials said work is underway to get aircraft and crews repositioned to resume normal operations.
