Southwest Airlines in the next few months plans to break ground on a $100 million maintenance hangar at the Denver International Airport.
"Denver is home to one of our largest operations with up to 224 departures a day during peak travel periods to nearly 70 cities and carrying more local travelers than any other carrier. Separately, DIA is undergoing some $3.5 billion in construction projects. That includes modernization of its terminal.
