Project description: Southway Storage LLC is building a 289-unit self-storage facility. Project officials say the design uses a combination of preengineered metal buildings and conventionally framed metal storage structures. The scope of work includes comprehensive site development and construction services, such as mass grading, installation of utilities, concrete foundations and slab-on-grade construction, erection of building systems and completion of interior and exterior finishes. Project architect is Buxton Kubik Dodd Design Collective, with Garrett Engineering LLC as civil engineer.
