South Pointe Center

Heritage Construction is the general contractor for South Pointe Center, owned by Doug Pitt and Doug Jackson. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners is the architect and engineer for the 15,000-square-foot retail center. The estimated construction value is $800,000, according to the building permit on file with the city of Ozark.

Pitt said that four of the 10 tenant bays in the center are under contract.

“It’s 10 1,500-square-foot bays,” he said.

Pitt and Jackson are handling leasing arrangements for the center, which is scheduled for completion Oct. 1.
