A South Korean company is taking aim at the country's low birth rates.
Seoul-based construction firm Booyoung Group announced it would pay employees $75,000 each time they have a baby. The offer applies to male and female employees.
The company also reportedly will pay nearly $5.3 million to employees who have had 70 babies since 2021.
