South Korea is building a computer chip center with a $230 billion investment from Samsung Electronics.
The country's president, Yoon Suk Yeol, said the facility would be the "world's largest new ‘high-tech system semiconductor cluster.'"
The center is slated to be developed in the Seoul metropolitan area.
