Project description: Bob Stovall, church committee member leading the project, said the addition is designed to meet the needs of infants, children and teenagers. The two-story area will have a nursery, elevator, café, small auditorium and about 18 classrooms. The 1,200-member church, established in 1989 and led by Pastor Nolan Carrier, has about 105 children and 75 youth in its congregation.
