South Gate Baptist Church

Walton Construction Co. LLC is the general contractor for the 30,600-square-foot addition to South Gate Baptist Church. Sapp Design Associates Architects PC is the architect. Engineers are Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Scott Consulting Engineers PC, civil. The project, which has an estimated cost of $3 million, is to be finished in November. The Baptist Foundation of Oklahoma is the lender for the two-story addition, which will include a nursery, elevator, café, small auditorium and about 18 classrooms.
