Sony to buy Michael Jackson's stake in music publishing unit

Sony Corp. penned a $750 million deal with Michael Jackson's estate to purchase the deceased pop star's stake in Sony/ATV Music Publishing.

The world's largest music publisher, Sony/ATV controls such songs as The Beatles' "All You Need Is Love."

Jackson and Sony formed the joint venture in 1995.
