The hackers behind the SolarWinds cyberattack launched a new campaign targeting 150 organizations, Microsoft reported.
The phishing scam used an email marketing account of the U.S. Agency for International Development to go after 3,000 email accounts at organizations including development, humanitarian and human rights work groups.
Microsoft officials did not say what percentage of the hacking attempts were successful.
