Ohio-based J.M. Smucker Co. has sold its way out of the U.S. baking business.
The company announced it signed a deal to sell its U.S. dry baking goods business, which includes the Pillsbury and Hungry Jack brands.
The buyer, equity firm Brynwood Partners, agreed to pay $375 million for the business.
