American Outdoor Brands Corp., the parent company of gun maker Smith & Wesson, announced the replacement of James Debney as CEO.
Company executives Mark Smith and Brian Murphy were named co-CEOs.
Company officials said Debney engaged in "nonfinancial" behavior that violated company rules. They did not detail what behavior led to his exit.
