Two lawsuits filed by small businesses are seeking to undo President Donald Trump's sweeping tariffs on 60 trading partners.
The tariffs were implemented under Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974.
According to the lawsuits, the trade act tariffs are less about preventing imports produced by forced labor and more about replicating tariffs that were previously in place. Those previous tariffs were struck down by the U.S. Supreme Court.
