The public hearing will be 1–4 p.m. at the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, 202 John Q. Hammons Parkway.
Comments may be given orally, with a limit of five minutes, or by written testimony. To register to testify, fill out the registration form at the board’s Web site, e-mail a request to sbrfb@ded.mo.gov or call (866) 719-1401. Walk-in testimony will be allowed if time permits.
Business owners who wish to testify but can’t attend the meeting can send written testimony in advance.
