Tom Clarke, owner and president of Springfield-based Digital Transcription Services, accepts a special legislative resolution Feb. 9 from state Sen. Norma Champion, R-Springfield, during the Missouri Small Business Development Centers’ client showcase at the state Capitol. The resolution recognized Clarke’s business for its contributions to Missouri’s economy.

“It was an honor and a pleasure to be selected,” Clarke said.
