The company’s new ticker symbol is SLSZ.PK. Shares were trading at 16 cents as of 11:30 this morning.
SLS said in early September that it no longer was in compliance with AMEX’s listing standards, and the company subsequently filed a plan to regain compliance. AMEX staff rejected the plan earlier this month.
Value of the sound-system manufacturer’s common stock dropped nearly 90 percent since it began trading on AMEX in October 2005. Shares previously were traded on the OTC board from June 2001 to October 2005.
