SLS said in early September that it no longer was in compliance with AMEX’s listing standards, and the company subsequently filed a plan to regain compliance. AMEX staff rejected the plan earlier this month, at which point SLS announced its intention to go back to the OTC board.
Value of the sound-system manufacturer’s common stock dropped nearly 90 percent since it began trading on AMEX in October 2005.
Shares of the sound-system manufacturer’s stock previously were traded on the OTC board June 2001–October 2005.
