The Ozark company said in a news release it expects to file its 2005 results by March 31 and has rescheduled its conference call to discuss the results to April 3.
The company stated that additional time to file its 10-K form is required to comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, specifically to complete the audit of its consolidated financial statements.
The April 3 conference call will begin at 3:30 p.m. Central time. Interested parties may call 1-800-218-9073 at least five minutes before the call begins.
A replay of the call will be available through April 17 by calling 1-800-405-2236 and entering access code 11053023, and a webcast replay will be available for 90 days under the investor information section of SLS’ Web site, www.slsaudio.com.
Company shares (AMEX: SLS) closed March 14 at $1.23, compared to a 52-week range of 97 cents to $3.04.
