SK Group, South Korea's second-largest conglomerate, announced plans to invest $22 billion in the United States.
Its planned investments include semiconductors, green energy and bioscience projects.
The investments are in addition to SK's $7 billion plans to build two new factories in Tennessee and Kentucky as part of a joint venture with Ford.
