Six Flags Entertainment Corp. (NYSE: FUN) announced it would conduct a "comprehensive review" of its 42 parks.
The company, which merged with Cedar Fair this summer, is considering divesting some of the parks, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.
"We're going to be very diligent and work methodically through what we think is possible and what would make sense as we think about our capital structure and capital allocation priorities," Six Flags CEO Richard Zimmerman said in an analyst call.
