Six Flags has completed the sale of six of its theme parks to Kansas City-based real estate investment trust EPR Properties.
The list of parks includes the company's location in St. Louis. Six Flags La Ronde in Montreal has not yet been finalized.
Six Flags announced the sale of seven parks for roughly $331 million last month.
