Canadian electric car maker Electra Meccanica intends to launch a $10 million initial public offering.
The company's shares will trade on the Nasdaq under the SOLO ticker.
The ticker symbol is a reference to its Solo vehicle, which according to CNNMoney, is a single-seat car that looks like it's missing its back half.
