Singapore tops list of best places to do business

It only takes two and half days to get a business permit in Singapore. That's one reason it tops the World Bank's list of the best places to do business in the world.

It's the ninth year in a row for Singapore, which beat out No. 2 New Zealand No. 3 Hong Kong on this year's list, according to CNNMoney.

The U.S. ranked seventh.
