Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. reached a deal to purchase 21 regional sports networks from Walt Disney Co.
Disney was required to shed the channels as part of its $71 billion takeover of most of 21st Century Fox.
Sinclair's deal with Disney is reportedly worth $10 billion.
