Sinclair buying Tribune Media

Sinclair Broadcast Group is buying Tribune Media for about $3.9 billion.

Sinclair agreed to pay $43.50 a share and assume $2.7 billion in debt.

Through the deal, Sinclair will gain TV stations in big media markets like New York, Chicago and Miami.
