Project description: An existing pavilion at historic Silver Springs Park is being renovated to include additional restroom facilities and a new concession area, and tiered amphitheater seating – not including in the square footage of the structures – is also included. The pavilion will be a new steel structure with audiovisual for movie nights, choirs and other productions. The project architect is Oke-Thomas & Associates Inc. Engineers are Pinnacle Design Consultants LLC, civil and structural; and Vandersluis Engineering Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
A trio of brothers own Southway Storage LLC, which opened Oct. 7 and has 289 units to serve customers in Ozark, Nixa, Springfield and elsewhere in southwest Missouri.
