According to Tom Fish of BRP, the theater will have 2,100 seats and a 300-foot wraparound stage. There also will be a scenery and woodworking shop, maintenance area, animal training arena, rehearsal hall and warehouse space, as well as a lobby with concessions and gift shops. The lender is the Bank of Lancaster County in Lancaster. Fish said the total estimated construction cost is $42 million. The theater is scheduled for completion in spring 2008.
