The Last Hotel, a shuttered St. Louis hotel, has been purchased by Augusta, Georgia-based Singh Investment Group.
The sale was valued at $14 million, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.
The hotel is reportedly set to reopen as Hyatt Centric by this summer.
