A shuttered movie theater property in St. Louis County failed to sell at auction earlier this month.
The starting bid was $1.25 million for the former Regal Gravois Bluffs Stadium 12 Cinema in Fenton.
The 42,515-square-foot former theater is being marketed as a turnkey business because all the furniture, fixtures and electronics remain inside.
