Infamous pharmaceutical executive Martin Shkreli is scheduled to be sentenced today.
Prosecutors have sought at least 15 years after Shkreli was found guilty last year of defrauding investors.
His lawyers have asked the judge to impose a sentence of 12 to 18 months.
