Shkreli fired as CEO of KaloBios Pharmaceuticals

Martin Shkreli, the embattled health care businessman, has been let go by KaloBios Pharmaceuticals — one of the companies he had headed.

The company with a market cap of less than $100 million announced yesterday Shkreli was terminated as CEO and had resigned from the board after his arrest last week for alleged securities fraud and conspiracy.

On Friday, Shkreli resigned from Turing Pharmaceuticals, the company he founded that raised the price of a life-saving drug by 5,000 percent.

He also was fired over a year ago from Retrophin when it was first alleged that he misappropriated funds.
