Mentorship and Growth

Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to have strong female mentors who shaped my leadership approach. From my first job at 16, where my operations manager demonstrated how to maintain composure during high-pressure situations, to my current role where my director exemplifies calm leadership under stress. My mother has been another major influence, showing me how to balance professional excellence with personal integrity. These women taught me the importance of staying level-headed and solution-focused, even when I don’t immediately have all the answers.

Innovative Leadership

One of my proudest achievements has been leading our Phoenix Home Care University program, which focuses on engaging our field staff who don’t work in traditional office settings. Since taking over the role, we’ve seen tremendous growth in participation, with monthly pop-up events now attracting over 700 attendees. The program’s success comes from our commitment to ensuring field staff feel connected to their team and recognized for their contributions. We stay ahead of industry trends by closely monitoring social media and adapting successful strategies to fit our company’s unique culture, always looking for new ways to enhance employee engagement and client satisfaction.

Leadership Philosophy

My approach to leadership has evolved through actively seeking growth opportunities and taking on new challenges. After starting in recruiting, I transferred to PR and immediately immersed myself in various projects to demonstrate my commitment to learning and development. Now, as I step into a larger leadership role during my director’s maternity leave, I aim to be the kind of leader others can turn to without hesitation. I want my legacy to be that of a guiding light – someone who maintains composure under pressure while helping others navigate their challenges with confidence and support.
