China's Shanghai on Tuesday announced plans to give out $22 billion in stimulus funds amid a surge in COVID-19 cases.
The plans includes refunds to reduce companies' tax burdens.
Additionally, internet companies will be encouraged to lower service fees and telecom operators to provide free months of cloud services.
