Senior VP, credit officer named at Marshfield Investment

Marshfield Investment Co., the holding company for Metropolitan National Bank, has named a new senior vice president and chief credit officer.
Ron Rushing is tasked with establishing policies and procedures to monitor credit risk and overseeing the bank's loan portfolio, according to a company news release.
Rushing previously has served as a Missouri Division of Finance safety and soundness examiner and is a frequent speaker for state banking associations and the Center for Financial Training. He also teaches commercial lending and financial statement analysis for the Ozark Empire Center for Financial Training and the Arkansas Bankers Association, according to the release.
Rushing has a bachelor's degree from Drury University and a Master of Business Administration from Lincoln University.[[In-content Ad]]
