The U.S. Senate unanimously passed a bill that would make daylight saving time permanent.
The legislation requires clearance from the House of Representatives and approval by President Joe Biden.
The bill, called the Sunshine Protection Act, would help with sleep deprivation and health problems associated with changing clocks, supporters say.
