Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Massachusetts, is seeking answers from the Missouri Higher Education Loan Authority.
She's asked MOHELA CEO Scott Giles to testify before a Senate subcommittee on economic policy that she chairs on April 10, according to CNN.
At issue are allegations of inaccurate bills and long hold times on the phone faced by MOHELA, which manages more than 8 million federal student loan accounts.
