During the seminar, which begins at noon Nov. 9 at 202 S. John Q. Hammons Parkway, attorneys, a judge, an occupational physician and a physical therapist will share their perspectives about workers’ comp trends, including the topics of surveillance and potential fraud.
Scheduled speakers include Dr. Jeffrey Woodward, physical medicine specialist at Springfield Neurological and Spine Institute; Nancy Dickey, physical therapist with Work Evaluations & Ergonomics Assessments Inc.; Judge Victorine Mahon, chief administrative law judge for the Division of Workers' Compensation in Springfield; Dwight McNiel, private investigator with Midwest Intelligence; and attorneys with Evans & Dixon LLC.
