Retail seed company Beck’s has broken ground on a processing plant in the southeast Missouri city of New Madrid.
The facility that would process soybeans is expected to create 17 jobs.
"This exciting investment of millions of dollars not only brings new jobs to our community but also highlights our commitment to fostering a vibrant business environment,” New Madrid Mayor Nick White said.
