Second woman accuses Biden of inappropriate behavior

A second woman accused former Vice President Joe Biden of unwanted, inappropriate behavior.

Connecticut resident Amy Lappos said Biden touched her and rubbed his nose on hers during a politcal fundraiser in 2009.

"It wasn't sexual, but he did grab me by the head," Lappos said. "He put his hand around my neck and pulled me in to rub noses with me. When he was pulling me in, I thought he was going to kiss me on the mouth."

Lucy Flores, a former Nevada legislator, recently accused Biden of "demeaning and disrespectful" behavior for kissing her on the back of the head.

Biden has denied wrongdoing in both cases, promising to "listen respectfully" to such claims.
