SEC investigating SunEdison

Posted online
Maryland Heights-based SunEdison announced yesterday it's under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Company officials say the SEC issued a notice Oct. 5 that the agency is conducting a nonpublic, fact-finding investigation into the renewable energy developer bankruptcy.
