SeaWorld CEO Gus Antorcha resigned after holding the position for seven months.
A U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing from the company indicated Antorcha's resignation involved disagreements with its board.
The company has had three CEOs or interim chief executives since Joel Manby left over 18 months ago. Manby also formerly was CEO of Silver Dollar City operator Herschend Family Entertainment Corp.
