Sears to close at least 50 more stores

After announcing a continued sales slump, Sears Holdings said it plans to close at least another 50 stores.

That follows hundreds of closures the last few years. It also is considering selling off more assets, including its auto services business.

Holiday comparable store sales at Kmart dropped 7.2 percent and by 6.9 percent at Sears.
