Sears Holdings explores sale of Canada operation

Sears Holdings Corp. on Wednesday said it is exploring strategic options for its interest in Sears Canada Inc., including a sale.

The holding company owns a 51 percent stake in Sears Canada, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The company is reportedly considering whether to sell its holdings or the operation as a whole.
