Sears is considering selling its Kenmore appliance brand along with other divisions.
Edward Lampert, CEO of ESL Investments, is reportedly interested in buying Kenmore, the home improvement business of the Sears Home Services Division and the Parts Direct business of Sears Home Services.
Sears' board established a committee to consider the offers.
