Sculpture breaks record for living artist

A sculpture by a U.S. artist sold for $91.1 million, a record for a living artist.

Jeff Koons' 41-inch piece called Rabbit sold at Christie's in New York.

The piece is a steel cast of an inflatable created in 1986.

The buyer was art dealer Robert Mnuchin, father of U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, who reportedly bought the piece on behalf of a client.
