SCOTUS denies hearing on Bayer's Roundup case

The Supreme Court of the United States denied a hearing from Bayer related to its Roundup product.

Bayer was seeking to dismiss legal claims that its Roundup weed killer causes cancer.

The SCOTUS decision means a lower court opinion will stand. It awards $25 million in damages to a California resident.
